In the beginning of 2020, we introduced our loyalty program, an app that customers could use to gather points and collect gift vouchers. The app tracks all of your purchases, meaning instead of using a paper card that you might lose, it’s all right there in your phone.

The loyalty program works by converting $1 into 10 points. The more points you build, the bigger the reward. We offer both 50% off vouchers and free drinks vouchers.

But wait… it gets better! The loyalty program allows customers to order ahead of time, meaning they can fill their boba needs as efficiently as possible. We have found that this was extremely useful and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, with us lessening the chance of transmission from customer to customer.
