All About Our Pearls

The most important aspect of any bubble tea brand is their pearls, which is why we have perfected our recipe to ensure that they are amazing at any Noah's Ark. We import the pearls that we found to be the richest in flavour, making sure the taste of brown sugar is all the way through. We then boil our pearls in a thick sugary mixture until they are dark brown, soft and chewy. 

Our pearls are made fresh several times a day, meaning that each customer will never be served anything we don’t consider to be our best. There are three factors we take into consideration when making and serving our pearls. One that they are sweet all the way through, two that they are spongy and chewy and three, that they never fail to impress.
