So what exactly does Sakura taste like? Sakura has been described as a sweet and subtle floral scent. The texture is slightly different to regular Tapioca pearls, with Sakura pearls being more jelly like and less chewy. They are a great alternative topping if you are willing to try something new, and are paired great with any drink with a fruity flavour.
